DO NOT GET CIP CAR KEYS CUT HERE For the most part Dean's Hardware is a good place to get what you need. But don't get keys made there. I took 2 chip keys in for my suburban to get made . They explained that if they make a mistake they can't replace the keys because they don't sale that type. I understand that, but when (you) make a mistake in cutting the keys . You shouldn't make the customer pay for your mistake. And have me pay for the keys to be cut. I have to order 2 more keys and have them cut by someone else. I would ... read more
Personal service that is wonderful! As you enter the store you are greeted and then asked "What can we do for you today?". I have had the honor of two different times to have Bill help me...he goes above and beyond to find what you need. I would hope that we all go there for great service before we would go to a big box chain store
Always a friendly and helpful staff, and willing to go the extra mile for their customers! They really give Elkton that small town welcome and feel you dont find many places, especially when your roots only have a couple years in town.
