Extremely professional and responsive. I’d highly recommend them.
Was very disappointed in the service personnel that were sent to check out my furnace. They failed to mention their concerns about another issue that they felt was problematic to me - and so was completely taken aback when the service manager left me a message regarding the above. Bad business . Was suprised as Dean has always had service folks that talked directly to me and explained what they found. No communication with the service tech is a bad business practice.
Thank you all for your service of installing a new heater in my home. Everyone did a great job and explained what they did, what to expect and were very courteous.
