Absolutely no help. Took over 90 minutes to talk to someone and they were useless. Used to be a great service where I could talk to a LOCAL nurse right away but that no longer exists. This was the last straw and we will be switching providers shortly. Don’t waste your time.
Though they did answer my questions, both of the people I spoke with were short and acted like they were burdened with my call- not the best way to interact in the health care field- they missed the care part.

This used to be a great service, but they now use a third party company to connect you with a nurse. They collect all sorts of information and place you on hold for a very long time. I’m not even sure they are SSM health nurses, very uneasy feeling.
