This place is a hot mess. The employees have no clue what they are doing, I can't say one employee here knows how to do their job. Every time I call I get bounces around and sit on hold for HOURS and I am not exaggerating. Dean covers basically nothing, 30% of claims are denied and sent back to provide stating they don't have us as a member so they have to submit again and the first submission already took 6 months to respond to provider. Dean on Call no longer exists - it was replaced with HealthAdvocate, provided by Medica. They are not part of the SSM system.
Absolutely no help. Took over 90 minutes to talk to someone and they were useless. Used to be a great service where I could talk to a LOCAL nurse right away but that no longer exists. This was the last straw and we will be switching providers shortly. Don’t waste your time.
