This was a great clinic when I lived in Sun Prairie. Unfortunately, their records division absolutely sucks now...10 years later when I need a copy of my medical records. I do not know who the hell SSM Health is but they tell me to fill out a form and send me a bill to receive electronic records. They could have told me and charged me on the phone THAT day instead of getting this in the mail a week later. A complete crock of shit!!!

Family doctor and her team did nothing to help my baby after making several appointments and checkup. Told them several times my daughter has feeding issues and a lot of congestion and being very mucusy, where we always had to suction her out through her mouth and nose. They did nothing about it. No recommendation from them to seek help with her feedings, so now that I have switched over to Dean clinic east, Dr.Pagel have done an exceptional job of getting the help my daughter need for example speech therapy!!!!!!
