We have had some good and not so good experiences with Dean Health Plan. Some things were paid very good! But their dental coverage is $300.00 per year and that includes cleaning, which is a preventative appointment! So now for a crown I got a whole whopping $181.00 toward that! It seems like just a drop in the bucket! Will definitely be looking into different insurance for 2024! first year was very good, second year not so much!!
I agree with all the complaints.This would be the worst insurance for helping with a billing error. I received a bill over a year after I went to the doctor. Apparently they did not work during the pandemic. I have called several times. Each time they have told me it was a mistake and they would take care of it. The last time the individual said they would have the head people take care of it.
