I have been a patient of Dr. Kaplan for many years now; I treasure her for improving my health! Dr. Kaplan is a TOP-NOTCH doctor who focuses on total health and preventive care. Instead of placing a Band-Aid over an existing health issue, she finds the root cause to cure the issue and improve overall wellness. Mediocre at best. Dismisses most of what you say within an appointment. Is a poor communicator in terms of managing expectations within an appointment. Is impossible to schedule a one-off health visit with. Constantly feels like she's looking for ways to nickel and dime you with visit requirements to try and create billable events for Steward Medical.

Went to his office where he explain the procedure, what he would do in the surgery, what he was looking for and what to expect after the procedure! Very compassionate always asking if I needed anything to help. Did I have any questions, he could answer to clarify.

This office staff is horrible, especially Toni in their office. They are rude, unprofessional, and take no urgency when it comes to the needs of their patients. My 72 year old mother, who is a patient at this office, has been in pain for days, and this office has taken absolutely no urgency in rectifying her situation, merely stating that the doctor is not in. Went there to have my medical papers faxed to a rehab I was trying to get into come to find out right after that dr george discontinued all my psych meds and the only med that helps with my pain nuerontin that I've been taking for 20 years and can't even walk without and when I call to talk to him he refused to talk or even call me back
