Dean has been a great property manager during my time living here. He’s easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and really helpful whenever anything comes up. The apartment has been well looked after, and overall it’s been a really positive experience.
Dean helped us sell our house in Parkdale, TO and at the same time brokered our deal to purchase our new house way out in Dundas Ontario. The process was seamless as he coached us throughout the whole process. Dean helped us prep and stage our 112 yr old Victorian beauty, and got it sold in a couple weeks. He was encouraging, dedicated and responsive throughout the whole process. Thanks once again Dean. We miss Toronto but we love Dundas.
