Dean helped us sell our house in Parkdale, TO and at the same time brokered our deal to purchase our new house way out in Dundas Ontario. The process was seamless as he coached us throughout the whole process. Dean helped us prep and stage our 112 yr old Victorian beauty, and got it sold in a couple weeks. He was encouraging, dedicated and responsive throughout the whole process. Thanks once again Dean. We miss Toronto but we love Dundas.

Dean has been absolutely great to work with. We worked with him for almost three years. Dean was always very easy to communicate and work with, provided his expert knowledge, and always willing to show us the next few properties that came up within our price range.We eventually found a place the we now call home.
