My experience with Dr. Flora Dean was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After being referred to her for treatment, she openly stated that she didn’t even know why I had been sent to her in the first place. This was not only unsettling but also left me completely unsure about the direction of my care. Doesn't follow thru what she says she's gonna do and loves to talk about herself. Spidey senses tingled when I first met her caring for my mom / I didn't care for bedside manner and seemed flaky.
Only doctors office I’ve waited 6 hours
Dr. Dean is very caring with her patients. As a case manager, I am starting that her relationship with her patients are like a family setting. Most pain management doctor do not examine but ask questions only concerning history of pain, but Dr. Dean inquires about old and family history especially medical. She is one in a million!
Great office and wonderful yet professional staff!!! Very rare nowadays.
