Whoever answers the phone is rude. When someone is calling a law office maybe have some sort of feelings for the person asking simple questions instead of a rude “NO” and hanging up before even knowing a situation. I’m sorry this attorney lost business over whoever is answering the phone for them.
Esther's always been like an extention to my family... guardian ad litem and attorney as a juvenile, and represents me on a regular basis in my adult years. She's worked wonders for me... got me practically sentenced to no time at all compared to what could have been.
