One of your drivers tailgated me for miles and drove in the middle of the road blocking other cars from passing. When he could pass, he aggressively swerved over nearly hitting me and yelled through his closed window. I did not appreciate that as there was baby in my car and don’t think the properly represents your company.
Need to check your guys driving records. Almost got involved in an accident due to reckless driving on account of one of your drivers.
Dean Custom Air improperly installed the furnace in my 1.5 year old house resulting in a natural gas leak that required evacuation of the home. I hired a different company to diagnose and it was found that the connection from the natural gas line to the furnace was installed improperly. In addition, safety critical components were still in their box sitting on the furnace uninstalled. Dean Custom Air refused to stand by their work in any way because it was repaired by another company.
I've always used this company for my preventative maintenance 5 years now (they installed the unit when the house was built) never had a problem with them until a few weeks ago when I called them because my unit wasn't working correctly....they sent a tech out who charged me 100.00 for the call(no problem) but he wasn't able to diagnose the problem and infact told me my unit was fine...two weeks later my blower on the unit went out so I called them again to diagnose it... long story short the tech quoted me abt $800.00 to fi... read more
First appointment was short- 15 minutes to diagnose a problem that would cost over $900 ( not including the $99 service fee), and a need to order an AC part. Follow up appointment booked for today … and Deans is a no show! Called to find out if they were running late… transferred to calling service. Dean’s - if you monitor your reviews.. Follow up!
