Kept a part that was mine, from my mini-split until the bill got paid. No one ever ask at the end of the service for payment. Tried reaching out to someone with 4 phone calls. Never received a call back until the next day. A simple call back would have solved the situation. Why would any company literally take a part off my property until they received payment? These guys are the most affordable HVAC company for residential installation. They are very good at what they do. Also, they will not sell you what you don't need.
During semi-annual maintenance visit my evaporator coil was confirmed as leaking and required replacement. Replacement coil was installed 3 days later very professionally. Excellent turn around service and all personnel involved!
