I have never written a review before, but I believe this company’s customer service needs to be addressed. Last year we signed a one-year semi-annual maintenance contract with Dean. They came out last November and completed the first service contract with no issues. I was under the impression that they would contact me six months later to schedule the second one but that did not happen. Called Friday morning with an issue with cooling and was promised same day service. Was very impressed that a Technician arrived at 7:15 pm. Matt spent a generous amount of time in the attic looking for the issue. Offered a diagnosis and ordered the replacement parts and said the office will follow up next week with install date. I know service demand is high and I’m very impressed that Dean Custom Air fulfilled their commitment even as the day ended. Kept a part that was mine, from my mini-split until the bill got paid. No one ever ask at the end of the service for payment. Tried reaching out to someone with 4 phone calls. Never received a call back until the next day. A simple call back would have solved the situation. Why would any company literally take a part off my property until they received payment?
