Not the best of Realtors. I had my property listed with them. They were dishonest. It was a negative experience.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dean Souza as the listing agent during the closing of my home purchase. A decorative weathervane — which was physically attached to the roof, clearly shown in all the listing photos, and never disclosed as excluded — was removed from the property without any notice or permission during the closing period.
