I had a very disappointing experience with Dean Souza as the listing agent during the closing of my home purchase. A decorative weathervane — which was physically attached to the roof, clearly shown in all the listing photos, and never disclosed as excluded — was removed from the property without any notice or permission during the closing period. My family recently bought a home where a decorative weathervane was permanently attached to the roof. It was clearly visible during the Zillow listing, showings and again during the inspection. About 3 months after closing — once we were finally settled and doing some yard work — we noticed the weathervane was gone.
