Extremely disappointed with our experience. Leased for a short time and treated the home as it was ours with care and respect. Paid promptly and felt we were ideal tenants. Dean & Co kept 75% of our $2,000 security deposit and was completely unwilling to discuss it with us. We were relocated out of state for my husbands job, Dean & Co re rented the house within 30 days, but required us to pay $1,100 to them as a leasing commission.
