Everyone in encountered was friendly, professional, and efficient. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience.
Showed up for my 6 month post op follow up for my full knee replacement and everything went smoothly. I arrived just a bit early, but I was shown in for knee X-rays in less than 5 minutes. I waited another 2 or 3 minutes and was seated in the exam room at precisely my appointment time. Dr. Cole had two other patients ahead of me so I waited 25 minutes or so to see him. In addition to being a highly skilled and thorough doctor and surgeon, Dean Cole MD is a very special human being. I feel deeply cared about by him, as a patient and as a person. What is left to say about this wonderful kind and funny extremely fabulous orthopedic surgeon! I had partial knee replacement in both knees many years ago, a total left knee in November 2020 and finally made the move regarding my right knee which needs some work! Dr. Cole knows I really need but don’t want another surgery. Although I know it is time, he has left it up to me to schedule when I am ready.
