Asked me why I was coming here in a condescending way like they were upset about it. Told them I was establishing a PCP. He then points out other doctors that are taking patients. I'm like: I thought you were taking patients? He says: I am but we're just incredibly busy. This place is odd and I had a similar experience years back. Then when health conditions sneak up on people they be like: What took so long? Well I wonder Mr gaslighter, blame-shifting way through life.

My experience was through SSM Express Virtual Care with Amy M. Reid, APRN-CNP, who is associated with this SSM Health Dean Medical Group location. The interaction was extremely disappointing. When I asked a simple question about what I was supposed to do next, I was met with a condescending response rather than guidance. This was my first time going there, and the registration department wasn’t very friendly. It made me feel pretty bad. Luckily, my insurance isn’t accepted there, but it is accepted at UW Health. I called UW Health, and their staff were very friendly and helpful. I guess I should have trusted the reviews.
