Urgent care staff told me reporting my dog is required, but they wouldn't report. When I asked if I should report him, they said no. The next day I get a call from the local police department that my dog needs to quarantine. Cool, except that we are halfway through the quarantine period and I didn't know that. I was charged 1125 dollars for labs and an OFFICE visit. Also why IS an office visit over 700 dollars?, can anyone explain that to me?..I bet no one can. I think I will just go to the ER at that point, see you there. Don't expect a follow up.
My previous office visit for Family Medicine I showed up 15 minutes early as asked and had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment. I was understanding... I just went to an office visit appointment today and I was 1 minute late and they told me I had to reschedule. Go somewhere else, they don't respect your time here.
I don’t recommend SMM Health Dean Medical Group in Wisconsin. Spoke to an unprofessional lady about medical reasoning for changing doctors for personal reasons. You’re better off using a different medial group, if you can. Try that.
Doctors are ok, everything else is bad, they have been understaffed for years and won't hire any more staffers. You will wait for months for a simple check up and while they say they are no profit, the CEO makes 5 million dollars a year. They are also union busters.
