How rude, to message us @ 4pm on a Friday about a concerns that have been going on for weeks & brought up a day before (Thursday night)... letting us know that a urology nurse is only available for 15 more minutes, (while U had the whole day to come up with a plan for this). My dad gets there & is sent to the family Dr & give a regular sample that will most likely come back with the same results vs a catheterized collection that is supposed to be more accurate. Not sure why I even bother calling. They needed a referral even when my insurance doesn't. I made a call to reedsburg m.c. and made an appointment instantly.
I am so blessed with Baraboo Wi specialty clinic the Nurses are Wonderful there all so caring and concerned they all should be rewarded
