I waited a week before posting this review as I didn’t want to post an angry review, but here I go. I would not recommend this cleaning company. They showed up unannounced, instead of calling to let us know which day they would be here. We were not prepared, so we had to quickly move things so they could start, as they were very impatient. Then they cleaned my carpets as fast as they could and left. Afterwards, about an hour after the carpets dried, the stains in the carpet all returned as well as all the odours. Jasna is such a phenomenal and amazing employee and cleaner. She approaches every day with a smile, and cleans to a level, I honestly have never seen before. Everything she touches, Literally shines. I feel like I trust this company even more and would work with this company just because of how phenomenal she is at customer service and the cleaning of the buildings and all. I really hope she gets a raise or is promoted to supervisor because she does such a phenomenal job that if the entire company is like this, I could liter... read more
