Totally disappointed with intake. Nor did Dean bother to reach out. I tried to explain more to intake, but felt more brushed off, and found listening to the gentleman, he sounded more condescending. I wasn’t even able to explain any detail and made to feel it didn’t matter. Sometimes we should never think we are too big to listen, the punchline was totally missed. My father had a workers comp for jury, and Mr. Burnetti, along with Nitza who we had the most contact with, help guide us and carried us through the whole process. Thank you. In the end, Mr. Burnetti even gave us a surprise. Thank you and God bless this whole company!!!
