Horrible customer service by Pam! She did not do what we asked with our insurance within a timely manner. Then we decided to switch State Farm offices because of her lack of service, and she STILL refused the transfer! We had to get corporate involved. Now we have a huge bill from them, since switching, which we will also to corporate's attention and our current State Farm agent. Would never recommend this office if Pam is still handling accounts!
