Dean is awesome! She has been our families chief technology officer for decades! She has helped us set up our computers (including recommending what we should get as well as transferring data and settings). In addition, she has created our in-home networks, backed up key data, and solve the inevitable problems that arise with technology over time (e.g. outlook not working). I highly recommend her!

I was visiting the Oakland area on business last month and had an accident with my laptop and it just wouldn't turn on. Dean advised me on her rates and met me to collect my laptop. I felt she was very trustworthy and had no problem with that. Within a day she was able to get my laptop working again, I guess I'd shaken something loose. She saved the day and I was able to make my conference with my computer.

I had a Dell laptop with freezing issue. Dean realized what the problem was by opening the back of my laptop. It's been a month since he fixed the laptop & it has never restarted or froze again; she's done a great job. Amazing fast service for a great price!
