I contacted Dean for help with a laptop that wouldn't boot. She responded quickly and was clear about what was possible and options. Dean is a wonderful and through computer technician. Even though my Acer laptop was a problem child, she was able to sucessfully fix the issues even though the laptop manufacturer clearly designed it to be as unuser/tech friendly. as possible. Major kudos for being able to access and modify the BIOS with a wonky insane "I work when I want and not when you want" keyboard. Dean is awesome! She has been our families chief technology officer for decades! She has helped us set up our computers (including recommending what we should get as well as transferring data and settings). In addition, she has created our in-home networks, backed up key data, and solve the inevitable problems that arise with technology over time (e.g. outlook not working). I highly recommend her!
I was visiting the Oakland area on business last month and had an accident with my laptop and it just wouldn't turn on. Dean advised me on her rates and met me to collect my laptop. I felt she was very trustworthy and had no problem with that. Within a day she was able to get my laptop working again, I guess I'd shaken something loose. She saved the day and I was able to make my conference with my computer.
Excellent service! Dean helped setup my computer and transfer my files from old computer to new computer. She was so nice and a knowledgeable computer tech. She will be my 'go to' now when it comes to pc repairs here in Oakland. Thank you so much!
