This is not worth one star. This man has no patience and takes advantage of elderly by being rude to the caregivers they trust and neglecting them care they are in dire need of. Pain is a serious subject when it comes to nursing care. No one deserves to be held without meds to make them feel comfortable so that they could have a proper eye exam. I know when I am in pain, its hard to concentrate, especially when it hurts so bad you can hardly hold your eyes open. This man is a joke.
