After confirming multiple time that he would be there to appraise our condo, he did not show up. No phone call to say he wasn't coming. Nothing. After hearing that he would do it another day, he no showed yet again. Needless to say, without an appraisal, we fell out of contract. Don't waste your time and money. He's not honest!
Mr. Dean made a commitment to our Lender client, and the homeowner to complete an appraisal within a given timeline. Our company was given every assurance that Mr. Dean was on track to complete the report, but missed his deadline.
