Great place because everything is within walking distance. Cons of the place Intercom has not worked since I move in 2013 everythime I ask they say it will be fixed within 2 weeks. Maintenance takes forever.
Secure and convenient for shopping and transportation but the management doesn't pick up the the phone when you call and they are very slow in fixing issues.
