Dean Heating and Air is the ONLY company for us! Ryan is amazing and their customer service is the best!
Ryan came out to inspect my A/C unit. Just a note to all the ladies out there. He was extremely patient with me and my thousands of questions. He made me feel very comfortable. He even set me up to come back in the spring to inspect my unit before we switch back. I highly recommend Ryan and Deans heating and air for any issues or just inspections you may ever need! 5 STARS!!!
I called in with a problem I was having and he took the time to talk me through it over the phone. He was incredibly kind and helpful. I have used a different AC company in the past and was left feeling manipulated and overcharged after the encounter. I cannot recommend Dean AC highly enough. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
Last Summer my A/C went out at night and I called a company, that shall be nameless, with 24 Hr service. The tech replaced a capacitor and it still didn't work and wanted over $300 for showing up. I called Dean the next morning and, although he was very busy, fit me in and found that the cooling coil unit was bad and replaced it under warranty with only a labor charge.
I have been using Dean A/C for over 30 years. Great service, sharp technicians, and very fair pricing! Top Notch folks!
