I took my 2023 Mercedes-Benz to Deals on Wheels after an accident for repairs. I trusted them to do the job properly. About a year later, during a visit to my regular mechanic, I was told that multiple aftermarket parts had been used in the repair. On a nearly new Mercedes. This was never disclosed to me. I paid for proper repairs expecting quality work, not shortcuts with non-OEM parts without my knowledge. The managers and owners of that shop untruthful and straight out liars.
