These guys are absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to send me pictures and locate what I needed above and beyond the Call of Duty, I would absolutely send anybody to them! There's a lot of businesses that could learn from them. Thank you Willie and your staff!
Very poor customer service, called them severally for two parts and they told me their prices after tax, we agreed and they told me they would call me to come pickup the parts when it’s ready. Fast forward to 48hrs (2days) later, I called back since I didn’t get to hear back from them, the lady on the other side end then told me I had to pay for a deposit before they would pull out the parts for me, that didn’t sit well with me because it too 24hrs for them to relay this info to me, so if I hadn’t called? Deals on wheels is by far the best salvage yard around! They went above and beyond to find the part I needed, and pulled it for me. And texted me a photograph of the part! The most important and helpful part was the salesperson Quita at the front desk. She was extremely helpful and one of the kindest people I’ve dealt with both over the phone and in person when I came to pick up the part! I can’t give enough praise to Quita!
