Feels like family. I enjoy spending time at the resort even though I live only a few minutes away.
I caught a truck driver dumping diesel fuel in the turns to cause motorcycle wrecks several years ago, and when I called Blount County 9-1-1 they said we don't care. But when I called North Carolina Highway Patrol they responded appropriately. Two weeks later they had to repave the entire dragon. This was around 2004/5.
And again and again and again!! Great ride, awesome views and very enjoyable! Love rides like this
Ive road the dragon twice, once in march and then this past weekend... its always amazing... the weather was a little crappy this time, so we was stuck in the room for awhile, which brings me to a rating of 4.. wifi would be great the gopro shop has it across the street but you cant connect unless your there. Wifi would allow guest to upload their gopro video and make time pass on rainy days.... Either way we'll be back again this year. Hopefully wifi is available....
