Vince and his crew installed new upholstery in my 2005 - 2500 dodge ram pickup. The called me and verified receipt of my KATZKIN leather had arrived and set about scheduling my appointment. On day of, received my truck, previewed the leather , did a through walk around inventory and set to work - next day pick up as promised. We had a small issue with the center lid latch but they did'nt hesitate to make things right- Vince did the research and troubleshot the problem for no extra charge.
