Purchased a new ballast for one of our office lights from DES. Even though the new ballast wiring was different than the out of date dead ballast, the rep at DES helped me understand the wiring configuration and I got it installed with no issues. The rep took the time to make sure I understood it. Price for the ballast was also better than pricing at Home Depot. They also had other odds and ends I needed.
