I've been coming here off and on. Any time I book an appointment I'm waiting an extra 20 minutes. Majority of the time the barber never there. Their hair cut and beard shave is on point so I keep coming back. Is it worth waiting 20 minutes maybe not. Fantastic experience. They are the only barber shop around Everett that knows how to clean you up right. Perfect fade.

What’s the point in booking an appointment online if when you get to the place there’s no one available to see you? I was waiting for a barber for 10 minutes after checking in and confirming who it would be, but yet nobody reached out to me to tell me if they were busy, on break, or if anyone else could’ve provided the service. They could’ve talked to me in English or Spanish, and yet chose to not communicate to their customer. I will not be wasting my time coming back here.
