Somewhat disgruntled Staff was nice for the most part. I attended a public auction and was unsatisfied. I understand that they have three dealer auctions per month and one public auction. I find it extremely UNFAIR that dealers can attend the one public auction. In my experience, most of the winning bids were won by dealers...in person and dealers bidding online (ie Drivetime got the car i waited anxiously for) Like really?? The public has to battle with dealers? NOT FAIR AT ALL! I can not tell these people how to run their ... read more
The folks that check the vehicles in are hard working and have unusually great personalities! Makes life nicer when folks are as cool they are.
