Very informative and did excellent job.
I am completely satisfied with Dealer Collision’s work. They kept me updated on the progress of the car and did an excellent job on the repairs. I have been to several other repair shops over the years. Dealer Collision is by far the best company I have dealt with.
RecommendedMy experience at Dealer Collision Center was great, everyone was very professional & extremely helpful. I liked that they texted me updates on what was going on with my car, thru out the time it was there. I would definitely recommend this company & if I ever need vehicle help again I will be using them. They also got me in fast & things where fixed in a couple of days.
They did a good job on the repair job itself, however the notification and communication process is poor and needs to be fixed. The text notifications seem nice but they weren’t really helpful in knowing when I could pick up my car. I called multiple times to get an update on when I could pick it up but no update could be given. Then 60 minutes later I get a call saying it’s ready to be picked up when I was in the area before. Wow! The Dealer Collision Center was awesome. They completed our repairs completely to our satisfaction. I loved how they sent me text updates of everything they did. They also walked us through everything they did and what we need to do for the next 2 weeks. I highly recommend the Dealer Collision Center.
