Dr Omar is awesome, great guy and honest, he tells you what needs to happen and doesn’t beat around the bush
It's one of the only places that bulk bills for patients who've been there. Yes, it tends to get crowded and slow. But the girls do an amazing job at reception, and 4 of the doctors there are amazing.
They don’t look after their patients at all , had an appointment for my son and As I was sick with pneumonia I asked if She can listen to my chest, I got charged $85 for 1 minute consultation apparently is still a consultation, this is just ridiculous absolutely ridiculous. I understand nothing is free, but after being in the 3 times in 2 weeks and paying every time, also got charged for a prescription over the phone $45 , for 1 minute checking the chest to make sure everything is ok $85???????? I needed a prescription repeat and as my doctor wasn’t available they told me another doctor can give me a call in the afternoon. Today I received a phone call to make pay over the phone. They charged me $45 for a 4 minutes call on a prescription repeat. This is crazy, I knew is not more than $15 . $45???? Ripping people off.
Waiting a hour plus just to see the doctor... I made the appointment with last month... what's the point of booking a appointment 🤔
