Have a pain in my left side under rib. went in told them my problem. Got sent for a ultrasound test. that came back fine so I got a text message from deakin medical saying no need for any more appointments. So after spending over 300 dollars i just get pushed to the side and told not to come back .no answer or follow ups.left me with no money and still in pain thanks.loos like I will have to just go to the hospital for answer.

VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL RECEPTION PEOPLE,WE ALL ARE SCARED TO CALL OR COME IN ,MOST OF THE OFFICE STAFF TREAT US LIKE WE ARE NOBODY,ESPECIALLY ONE WHO NEVER LISTENS TO US AND IGNORES REQUESTS.MOST OF OFFICE STAFF LOOK AT YOU QUITE AGGRESSIVELY WHEN YOU ENTER, BUT WE NEED THEM MORE THAN THEY NEED US ,SO MORE POWER TO THEM.OBVIOUSLY NO BODY IS DOING ANY CUSTOMER RELATION WORK.DOCTORS ALL SEEM GOOD,ITS A SHAME IN A SMALL PLACE LIKE MILDURA.

Some doctors take on to many patients and takes to long for your getting in on time. But Dr samsum very afficiant. When u get to see her. Needing to take less patients to take you in on time. Don't rush. Blood taken there now which is handy.

hi there, my experience is not very good , my 18 months old got antibiotics from one of their GP, that is not the first choice of AB for babies, I consulted with other GP at UCC, as I also work in hospital, GP told me, this is not the recommended one to babies as its very bitter in taste, I called the clinic and told them i want to speak to GP, as its not the right Medication we are precribed with, GP Changed the AB to the one which i was mentioned by other Dr. then they send me the invoice of 43$, Thats not my fault, GP gav... read more
