I have come here for all my haircuts over the past several years. I will not be returning. My appointment scheduled days in advance was just cancelled less than 1 hour before my appointment time with no explanation as to why other than “things are happening”. The owner is not there and won’t be able to talk it over with me for 4 days! I already hired a sitter who has arrived so I just wasted $40 and have no haircut. Extremely unprofessional
I’ve been twice. First time stylist got mad I only left $10 tip after paying $225 for hair color, cut and style. The second time another stylist did my hair color didn’t turn out. I call and complain and no good response. This place isn’t worth it. They all got attitudes.
