I attempted to establish service with this guys but no joy. Poor comms… I was switching my home from oil to LP as part of an overall home remodeling. Called Dead River given they had a local office and established a time for a site visit. No one arrived!! Waited a week later and called again. They did not know why the rep had not come out but during the discussion, I felt like they had actually lost/deleted the appointment but blamed it on the Field Rep. Regardless, I rescheduled.
