We've unfortunately been getting propane from them for 20 plus years. The office is ALWAYS rude. For a few years we had a reliable delivery guy...who wasn't afraid of snow, the latest guy wanted a path cut out for him. We had a leaking tank for YEARS. They refused to fix it, and said I was imagining it. They REFUSED to even check the tank. for YEARS....super safe. Finally a guy who listened and did his job found the leak and repaired it.
