they don’t return voicemails
We were excited about this product, however getting in touch with anyone or receiving a response from customer service regarding a quote / service request has been challenging to say the least. Phone goes straight to a recording and no call backs are made. Emails and contact requests are not responded to. Very disappointed in the customer service provided by this company.

To quote their contact page: we will ALWAYS answer you. Well after 3 days (sent FB Message, Sent Email) called after 2 days and left a voicemail - zero contact! I will not take the risk and purchase from their site.
Next day walked all around my car port and deck, which circles my home. NOT 1 flying insect. I live in a wooded area 100 feet from the water. Best home investment ever!
