I scheduled an appointment a month in advance. I took the day off from work. Arrived at 10:20 am for a 10:30 am appt. I filled out paperwork and gave the receptionist my insurance cards. At 10:35 am I was told by the staff I would have to reschedule as the doctor had a "meeting" that she just had to go to. Seriously? What clinic ever does this to a patient ? All I can say is business must be good if they can afford to alienate their patients.
