No lab tech on the weekends - I guess I was supposed to know that from the receptionist who was obviously having a bad day (already at 8am - wow). Just. Wow. This is NOT a good place to get your bloodwork done.
My son had labs drawn today at Deaconess Mt. Pleasant Express. Phlebotomist Shalee was amazing. My son said it was the best poke he has ever had in his life (he has had so many) he didnt even feel it! No wait and friendly fast service!
Friendly staff and fast to get in and out. Nurse did a great job doing test.
Wait time was minimal and everyone was friendly. Heather was especially exceptional. I have bad experiences with blood draws, but that was not the case with Heather. I barely felt the needle, and most importantly she got it on the first try. Bonus that she was also kind.
