Had a recent stay here. Went to the emergency room then to ICU. Everyone that my wife and I dealt with were excellent.
They have a parking garage but you have to go to the elevator on the second floor, take it down to the first floor, and walk outside about a half a block to enter the main entrance. Unbelievable! If it's raining, freezing cold, or icy, or you are disabled too bad, good luck. Hopefully, you are not in a lot of pain because you are going to have a marathon to get into the hospital for any treatment. Shame on Deaconess.
Never have I ever had the rudest nurses in my life. My Son an his girl was involved in a motorcycle accident, Couldn't even ask questions without being yelled at. Was asked to stand in hallway while they took x-rays, cool. Only looked towards my Sons girls room an got yelled at to stay in the room. Then the cops were called for us to go to the lobby, so we went to smoke an went to go back in an was told we weren't allowed in the hospital. Well if 8m giving my opinion I was very disappointed with this hospital for the simple fact that they disrespected my momma when she was in their care. They called the police cause they thought that my family member had brought street medicine and tat wasn't the fact they had gave them one of their medications that made them very sleepy. But we let them search their item and found nothing.
