If you are a patient and you need to go to the restroom you have to put requests in two hours before shift change or wait for two hours after shift change. No one will help you to the restroom in that four hour window.
My experience started out a little rocky in the ER when we arrived. It was PACKED, literally 4 seats available when we got there. We waited about 2 and a half hours to be seen. In the meantime I was reading reviews and getting a little concerned since there were so many negative. I decided to wait it out and I am SO glad I did. As a patient, I think it's absolutely ridiculous about the parking. Patients should not have to use the fifth floor in the garage! The staff needs to park where they're assigned to park and leave the spaces for patients. It took me 45 minutes to park.
This was the worst experience I have ever had the cath lab was great, not after care was the worst. I released my self with out the the doctor seeing me and only spoke to nurse assistant, who told me I was leaving. Released myself at 3pm on Friday since doctor on floor ignored me. Very unhappy with all services. I'm happy only for the cath lab doctors.
