The nurses & staff are superior, caring & empathetic. My surgery was serious and painful. I felt I had family with me all the time! I felt like their only patient. They are wonderful!
This hospital inappropriately transferred my father to North Idaho Advanced Care Hospital when he was mistaken for an uninsured. NIACH is more or less a dumping ground for the uninsured. My father had insurance, but was mistaken for an uninsured and because of that the care he received made him brain dead, due to negligent care. the response from the hospital was to make it look like he never left Deaconess, to appoint a doctor to make it look like he had conditions he never had and to perpetuate fraud to prevent internal in... read more
