I’ve got plenty of reasons to one star this ER. First off let me start with my visit when I went for low blood pressure and I got my medical bill which I paid but after I paid it I got another bill for the same exact reason, I had to battle and battle and battle to prove I paid my bill for my visit and apparently a transaction ID and confirmation number wasn’t enough because they couldn’t find my payment. Knock on wood I have always had an excellent experience here. They are very quick to get you back & offer the medical testing you need without traveling to a major city. Dr. Gunn has an excellent bedside manner, too. I have come here several times in need of swift care. I am so thankful they are here!
Went to the ER having trouble with shortness of breath was seen before I was all the way signed in doctors and nurse staff was very helpful and professional not that I hope anyone needs to go to the ER but if you have to you'll be in very capable hands here
A family member recently went to this ER for a severe migraine with facial and tooth pain, and the care provided by Dr. Sergio Castillo was disappointing. Although the patient was given Toradol and Benadryl, which are appropriate parts of a migraine cocktail, the overall approach to care felt dismissive and lacking compassion. Instead of listening carefully, the doctor made comments such as “you don’t need a CT unless you’re in your 80s,” which is unprofessional and inaccurate.
