The people here are rude!!!! Do not go to the E.R or at least don't go during the day. No bedside manner. Lack of care. If you don't have a lot of patience or you can't deal with needy people or people in pain. Don't go into the medical field. These are people's loved ones y'all are "taking" care of. Nurses and techs rolling their eyes while causing my mom pain. No empathy at all.
I visited the emergency room last week when I had to take a family member who needed to be treated and was there for a long time and there is one nurse in particular I saw with my own eyes actually working. I have never seen so many lazy nurses allowing one person to essentially be running around nonstop with x amount of patients while other nurses do absolutely nothing. Deaconess has an outstanding emergency room staff as well as the 3rd floor staff. My wife spent 3 days in there and had nothing but praises for the staff. After hearing nothing but negative reviews from people, we determined that they were wrong. She received the best care from a staff of caring and concerned professionals. Hats off to you...Dr Brown and Dr Sharma were both God sent.
I have been a nurse for many years and recently had serious medical issue and the ER staff an Inpatient staff were top notched. The best care I have ever received and would like to thank the entire staff for their assistance.
