Tried to be seen here before I went to the Marion Illinois deaconess hospital both places are worthless. Debbie with no nursing credentials thinks it’s okay to harass patients with nursing questions before they are seen. No wonder they don’t hardly have any patients. I’ve had problems at the Mt Vernon locations too. They did find Covid at the hospital and basically did nothing. A Toradol shot for pain and a poor quality chest X-ray and we all know X-rays are used to find nothing but broken bones.
Popped in for an appt as a new patient I wasn't feeling well. They were prompt, professional and very courteous. They took the time and explained everything in great detail and while I was waiting on test results they would pop in to let me know how much time was left. All around a great first impression.
Went there for the first time today. To check and see if it was time. For my,stitches to come out. And it was time. They did an excellent job taking them out. Especially because they were on my Abdomen. They were so professional and took very good care of me. I appreciate yall,very much. If I need to go to.A walk in I'll be coming back.Thanks Ladies.
Took daughter on 2/12 for congestion, sore throat, etc. Ran RSV, strep and flu. All negative. Strep was sent off bc last time strep culture came back positive. Stated it would take about 3 days. They did not bother to look in her ears on this date. She became worse and did not attend school on 2/13. Took her again on 2/14 due to no improvement and still complaining of ears that they didn't look in on 2/12. Gave dr note for 2/12 and 2/14 but refused 2/13 because she did not come in.
