I had a total knee replacement in July with Dr. Emerson he is an amazing surgeon. I can't say enough positive about my experience. The admission lady was friendly on my arrival. Then off to the Same Day area where Pam and Marilyn got me ready for surgery, setting my IV, taking blood, getting my blood pressure, etc. everyone in same day were friendly and made me feel at ease about my surgery. They have given superb care while I have been here all the nurses techs doctors have really been so nice
I have never had such a bad experience at a hospital in my life! We had to bring my mom in to the emergency room and the only thing in three hours they did was take her blood pressure! Mom is laying here in pain and no one dud crap! It has now been 5 hours a new shift and wait I'm still here! Seriously you people are terrible I won't bring her back here and please send me the survey! I can't wait to fill it out!!!!
My 6 week old baby was admitted to Gateway for a uti. We had to stay 10 days with iv antibiotics in the pediatric unit. I cannot say enough kind words about the nurses and doctors who took care of my baby. I can honestly say they treated her like their own child. Thank you for making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The Kuhlmann family truly appreciates all of you for your hard work.
