My friend went to the emergency room by ambulance confused and in a lot of pain, unable to walk. They ran tests. She was there for 8 hours before they hooked her up to fluids ... because we asked. They forgot. When the bag was empty they never replaced it. I could go on and on. When my husband had hip replacement last year they totally ignored or didn't look at his chart... He's type 2 diabetic and they fed him from the original menu until his A1C was so high they has to call his doctor and treat him aggressively for that.
If I could give zero stars I would! Do not come here for anything!! The staff dont care about patients at all. I will be filing an official complaint.
It's disgusting to me how far Deaconess Has Fallen even in Montana if someone comes in complaining of chest pain they're not made to sit in the waiting room and they're not treated I just came in by an ambulance with chest pain and when I went up to the desk to complain I was met with a snotty attitude saying I would be taken care of in triage dizzy and discombobulated which is why the ambulance brought me in could have been having a stroke and they want to act like they don't even care I won't be coming back here
I have been in the ER since 7:00 a.m. this morning and when I finally was diagnosed with something I was complaining about the nurse said well I'm glad you weren't faking what the hell is that crap faking so I can sit in the damn ER just for fun you lady need to be fired very unprofessional
Went in with sharp pains in my chest and not being able to breathe. Sat in the waiting room for over 4 hours. Asked the front desk about helping with my iv they told me it needed to stay...after waiting some more I pulled my iv out walked right by them and threw it in the trash and walked out. They chased me down and and told me I couldn't leave with the iv in my arm and they would have to call the cops on me. I'm still in pain but I would rather pass out walking home the stay there and be treated worse then the homeless who... read more
