NICU doctors get away with malpractice and putting at risk babies in further danger and the nurses gaslight patients to try and convince them its fine.
Dr. Price and his med student were very kind. Shelby and Karsten were great nurses who took the time to ask questions and listen to me.
I'm here with my sister. They have done a lot of ignoring her. Yes she's a pain in the ass and probably on the top 10 worst patients but seriously if you say your gonna do something then just don't do it and ignore the 15 times she asked afterward. Also I was told no drinks in room because she agitated by it yet the nurse whose assigned to babysit is sitting here drinking in front of her and that's totally unacceptable

Worst medical experience ever. Housed like an animal in ER. Patient has a brain tumor and needs emergency surgery. Their lack of compassion and care made things worse. DO NOT GO TO DEACONESS ER!
