Only complaint was the wait but that will vary since you can't predict how many ppl will need emergency services on any given day
I have had a range of experiences from good quick care to outright medical negligence at this place. Tell me how one leg was twice the size of the other and purple, and they mri and xray THE WRONG LEG and tell me nothing is wrong. Refused to give me pain medicine except for ibuprofen 600, so I was yelling and screaming in pain for 2 weeks after. I had a fetal demise, and experienced seizures, tower 9 nurses laughed and said I should get an Oscar, even tho I was diagnosed with eclampsia. I never felt more scared in my life knowing my health were in the hands of evil individuals. This awful experienced turned worse because of the ridiculing nurses. Dr Stewart and the entire staff of Deaconess are outstanding. Had unplanned gallbladder removal Friday night. I was really impressed. Very good culture at that hospital.
