Late night calls, no show, no call, calls at supper time to give excuses for a missed visit after I complained, Mother has declined since they started her care. The main nurse Bobbi can't drive. She always pulls in the grass in my front yard and can't park in the drive way! Pitiful bunch. There nice but professionalism is bad!
