Staff and care were excellent. But when I finally received a bill, the accounting department was very rude and would not work with me with a payment plan that I could afford to pay monthly. I had the option of paying either in six months or on a two year plan through Commerce bank. I had to work non stop overtime since January to pay it off. At least Owensboro will negotiate a payment plan with you. How do they expect people to pay a ridiculous amount monthly to pay off their medical expenses? I will never return to Deacones... read more
I had a surgery. I do not believe i could have been treated with more respect. I honestly feel like they cared about me as a person. Every team member i spoke with treated me with kindness. Thank you Deconess Henderson
