I scheduled an MRI online. I clearly described the damage I was looking for in the application. I was sent a questionnaire in which I again clearly described the damage I was looking for. I described it again a 3rd time to the attending MRI tech immediately prior to being placed in the MRI. After the MRI, I was rushed out the side door and not allowed to wait for a copy of my imaging.
