I've, unfortunately, spent a lot of time at Gateway over the past few months. The ER is what you would expect from an ER. It is clean, decent staff, but long wait times. The various units in the hospital are all different, but most of the staff we had contact with were great! From techs, to patient relations, to doctors. We did bave one pretty major issue.
