Too bad In-Patient doesn't have as compassionate staff as Outpatient does. I'd recommend Outpatient to anyone.
I had never sought out therapy prior to being referred here by my PCP. I was placed with a very kind, compassionate and caring therapist who I still see 3 years later here. I have done their PHP program - which was fantastic and very eye opening for myself. Every therapist and social worker there were so supportive and took time to talk to you if you needed to talk, they never made you feel small or unwanted in each group class. I've had the most terrible experience with a provider stopping medication because I became upset (crying) during a visit due to her office staff giving me a different answer then what the provider had stated during our last visit. I was raped and scared to tell anyone and they gave a diagnosis based off a previous service providers wrong prognosis while impatient. That prognosis was not accurate. My most current evaluation was a way different diagnosis because I spoke up about situations I was too scared to previously speak ... read more
Definitely do not recommend. One therapy appointment is $350. I asked multiple times before hand how much it would cost and no answer would be given because “they haven’t billed me yet” then I get the bill in the mail and see how ridiculous it is. Not to mention when I got there I was sitting for 15 minutes with no one working the window to check you in until another guest came in and called someone.
They require patients give a 24 hour notice or there are consequences, but they can cancel your long awaited appointment 15 hours prior. Then they put you in the next available spot which is in October (3 months from now) with no reasoning as to why! I’m absolutely heartbroken because I waited a couple months already just to be cancelled on. I don’t feel confident in this place, but it’s the main one I can go to on my insurance. Healthcare in the U.S. is unethical and degrading.
