Definitely do not recommend. One therapy appointment is $350. I asked multiple times before hand how much it would cost and no answer would be given because “they haven’t billed me yet” then I get the bill in the mail and see how ridiculous it is. Not to mention when I got there I was sitting for 15 minutes with no one working the window to check you in until another guest came in and called someone.

They require patients give a 24 hour notice or there are consequences, but they can cancel your long awaited appointment 15 hours prior. Then they put you in the next available spot which is in October (3 months from now) with no reasoning as to why! I’m absolutely heartbroken because I waited a couple months already just to be cancelled on. I don’t feel confident in this place, but it’s the main one I can go to on my insurance. Healthcare in the U.S. is unethical and degrading.

Terrible awful place. The doctor is always late to the video appointments and then will drop YOU saying YOU were late. Doctor put me on anti-psycotic medication knowing that I heavily smoke pot, he told me it would have reactions to it, he still gave it to me. After taking it, I had nightmares about going on murder sprees. He also said he would refill the next 30 days of my depression and anxiety meds... He didn't. Ive been calling for almost a week now leaving voicemails with no call back. So now I'm going through withdrawa... read more

Do not have a single good thing to say about this place. My daughter went there due to self harm ideations and sever anxiety. They bullied her the entire time saying they “over heard her saying she was just board that’s why she was there” which was wrongfully out of context according to my daughter and several of the girls she was in there with yes they kept contact outside of the hospital. Next they falsely accused my daughter of bullying she’s never bullied anything a day in her life she laughed at a funny situation and cl... read more

This place is the most ridiculous place that I've ever been in my life they canceled two appointments with a therapist on their own and that I had to reschedule so the therapist dropped her in the months that she has been a patient there there have been multiple cancellations not to mention months waiting to get a new appointment I don't suggest that anybody go here there are many other options besides dealing with bologna at this institution
