Didn't get morning meds till 5 in the evening. Should have had insulin with breakfast. Psychiatrist said I was able to go home and it took me a few hours to get the nurse to look. They violated policy. They didn't pull me out of the main room. They came out and took blood sugars in front of other patients a day when I finally got my insulin They gave e me a shot in front of everyone. I’ve been here twice and if I needed to go back I would. I see a lot of reviews about terrible staff and awful nps. Truth is there are people who do it cause they care and people who do it to work. My techs 9/10 were amazing but I also followed rules. I was comforted when I cried by staff that cared. I will say there are people here that are way too old school or just flat out mean. Those are the people I just chose to try to ignore or request someone else. It is an impatient program many people have many different issues. Y... read more
Excellent staff
Everyone works together like a well oiled machine, the staff was very helpful & friendly! My stay was short & sweet, it was exactly what I needed, the food was delicious. I left there feeling like alive & well. The group meetings were meaningful. Thank you Deaconess Cross Pointe for your service!!!
Staff we're kind and tried their best to make you feel better and safe!!!! And I was under 18 so I don't know what the adult sector is like.
